I sent them an email, they called within the hour. They were very helpful, explained what the fault was with the shoe and made sure I was okay with it. Shipped them out that same day. You can skip the email and call directly I believe. Not a bad deal for $99.

Almost all my AEs are seconds quality. never had to return any for being messed up. usually a simple polish remedied any "issue" but I always polish before wearing shoes anyway.

As for sales, copped da rents a new TV, MB Air, and for myself, a JE hoodie and tee.

I've never had a flaw with any of my AE seconds. At least none that I've noticed and I've examined them to try to find the issue. Just called placed the order and they shipped them out. I feel like it won't be so easy tomorrow tho for some reason

I couldnt find any flaw with my seconds, but I don't have laser shoe vision.

AE replaced the soles of my seconds for free too when they broke which I didnt expect as they were seconds

TTS. I've gone up in weight class which is unfortunately (and fortunately) the reason why I have been selling all of my suits. Measure a 41.5" chest, 42 fit great after taking he waist in a smidge along with a taper throughout the arm.
