Creatine Monohydrate

I go alone most of the time. Not gonna lie though, wished I had a consistent partner. It actually helps when you have someone to spot you and motivate you.
 
Im so glad to have the convienence of a tread mill and weight bench next to eaxh other dont really care for the gym. Not that it matters to anyone what I do.

I hadn't gained 10 pounds of weight in the past 5 years.. but coincidentally upon taking Creatine, I gained 10 pounds immediately. You are correct.. totally unrelated.

Creatine is just water weight, and if you want maximize your weight eat more meals heavy on proteins and take some powers in between.

Everyones body works in a different way however. But to gain everyone def has to increase intake.
 
Creatine is the most proven supplement out there. Only water weight u gain is during the loading phase. I gained 1lb of water weight. That water in ur muscle makes you look a little more swole tho :smokin
 
Yeah I lift moderately and heavy on cardio. I have a bottle of ON creatine at the house. Probably start putting it in my green smoothies.
