Creatine Monohydrate

Creatine is for lazy *****. Everyone wants shortcuts...
Yup, I took it for 3-4 months to see what the big deal is. It works, you take in consistently you will get strong and looked puffed up.  BUT..once you stop, most of your gains all disappear.

My advice(workout 4-5 times a week, supplements, mulit V, amino acids, protein) is not to waste your time.

I was pushing pushing 315 easy on the bench, but in the back of my mind i knew it was all ******** because once you stop most of your strength gains disappear

To each their own, but I prefer to skip the supplements, vitamins, protein shakes and other crap. 3-4 well balanced meals (fish and chicken can provide the protein) will give you what you need, and keep some sneaker cash in your pocket. Definitely agree with you on the 4-5 day workout plan, though.

What's so impressive about that? Homeboy has no muscle tone. Just tats and flexing. I could go a year without working out and look better than that.

Not true if you cycle it in at the right time you can make gains and cycle off but you're gonna lose strength gains you've made. But it's possibly to put on size using creatine and keep it

:( damn :lol
I guess y'all are right, maybe the games body isn't all that

Well what about 50? How do I get a body like Fiddy AKA Ferrari F50?

when i was working out i stayed away from any protein. I never wanted to be huge, i got cut without any suplements

I've been using the shredz brand for about a year and have made some decent gains in the areas I really needed to focus on, deltoids and quads. It definitely works but you also have to stay consistent with your meals and increase the intensity of your workout.

The thing about creatine is you gotta learn how to get the benefits and then get off of it. If you let your body get used to it pretty soon you're gonna need it to maintain

On a cold friday afternoon, I had come home from school. I have been thinking of the gym all day. I was hungy, didnt have any lunch. In fact, I didnt eat because I spent the money. For the past month I was saving up for something. Something special which I bought at GNC. I was suprised they didnt ask for ID; I was pretty sure the cashier noticed how nervous I was. Anyways, my mom asked my how my day was when I got home, but I ignored her. I have more important things to do. I run to the bathroom and unpack my bag. In my school bag is a white plastic bag from GNC. I open the bag, first removing the reciept and flushing it down the toilet to get rid of the evidence. My heart was racing now. I unpack the Creatine monster from the bag. I wonder what people will be asking me when they see that I will be 50lbs heavier. Should I say I was just eating alot? I remove the label on the tub and tear it into a thousand small peices. I flush that down the toilet too. It is time now. I run up to my room when my mom askes me what I am holding. I panic, sweat drips down my forehead and my teeth chatter. "mom, its just for a school project". "what project?" "I dont know mom I just started it!!". A tear runs down my cheek. I run upstairs and open the creatine, scooping up 5 scoops into a clear water bottle. What have I gotten myself into???? I fill it with water and drink it. There is no turning back now. The Creatine monster is inside me now, it will control me. What should I do if I die? I cant let my family know about this. I open the Creatine tub and throw it all out the window; a white cloud of mysterious dust sparkles into the wind so graciously. I feel the substance taking control of me; I am now the monster. I walk downstairs, its time to work out; time to get big. Now I worry, I dont want to get too big; people will think I use steroids. I do use steroids. NO I DONT. Creatine. All I see is the weights now, I am almost downstairs when I hear "do you want a cookie I just baked". I know I do not have time for this **** now. "NO MOM I DO NOT WANT A COOKIE" I walk in the basement and drop to my knees before the weights, tears running down my cheeks. I turn to the right and look at myself in the mirror.

Oh god, what have I done?

Awared.

Nice copypasta though.

Ive heard great things about pre jym

is it that good.

Creatine is good and will get you big,yes once you stop it u lose some gains but only gains from the cret.
You still keep your regular gains

Makes you much stronger but can cause some side effects such as balding and shrinking of testicles... creatine, not even once.
False.

I have a different problem

Problem is I started working out while I was at the higher end of my weight and thus I'm now struggling with whether I should be on a fat loss diet vs weight lifters diet.  I want to lose the fat but have to keep eating to produce gains in muscles :( My gut is killing me
You can't cut fat and make major gains at the same time...bulk then cut. Unless you are on steroids it doesn't work that way.

No thread jack, but would hemp protein be a nice addition for weight loss program?
It doesn't matter. Protein is protein. If you want to be healthier then yes eat hemp. But for weight loss it doesn't matter. Your body just recognizes protein...it doesn't recognize where you got it from.

Just make sure you drink a TON of water because the stuff really dries your mouth out.

But other than that it works. It's not magic, but it will help. Just make sure you're drinking lots & lots & lots of water. Allmax Creapure is what & a lot of others use.
Great advice. You have to drink plenty of water or you might dehydrate yourself because a lot of the water in your body is going to saturate in your muscles.

I read that you should alway gain muscle then cut. One article even suggested a slow bulk for 2yrs for all ..
The 2 yrs is nonsense. It all depends how big you wanna be.

No you won't you will just lose energy. Your muscles won't magically disappear once you stop drinking creatine.

All creatine does is saturate your muscles water allowing for some extra push for your muscles.

I wouldnt do it unless you wanna get bigger.. Last summer, Creatine put 10+ pounds of water weight on me that I havent worked off

This.

To the OP and anyone else looking for creatine and other supplement info, GOOGLE is your friend.

These people have no idea what they're even saying, creatine a short cut for the lazy??

What a joke. Anyone who says that has probably never picked up a weight before.

The same people probably say, "oh he's on roids he doesn't even have to work hard "

Not true at all
Water weight doesn't just stay in your body. It fluctuates depending on the amount of sodium and water balance. If you gains ten pounds of water weight from creatine your body would adjust back to the normal level after you stopped using creatine.

What happened was you gained ten pounds of fat and you blamed it on creatine.

Creatine is a good supplement. It's one of he few supplements thats accepted across the board...like whey.
It won't make you fat. Fat makes you fat. You will gain some pounds but it won't be fat. At the same time it's not some miracle worker it will just give you a little boost in your workouts. Hard work is always the key. There are no shortcuts. Get in the gym and go to work.

I hadn't gained 10 pounds of weight in the past 5 years.. but coincidentally upon taking Creatine, I gained 10 pounds immediately. You are correct.. totally unrelated.

You can lose water weight in a couple of hours if you wanted to. Not sure if serious.
