Not that it translates to the regular season but Minnesota did give up the least amount of points during the preseason at 81 ppg. I'd venture off to say that the first two games were played against teams that are defensive stalwarts. The Kings should get much better as the season progresses.....I hope.

Man I miss the early 2000s Kings. They didn't give a flying fudge if you had the best defense they were still going to put 104 on the board.

I didn't really watch the whole game but from what I saw; the team played alright. Half court offense is still awful but the Kings were able to keep up.

Turnovers weren't as bad as Wednesday night. Foul trouble really messed us up.

Where were your seats? I was in 110

Decent turn out, but not as great as I thought it'd be for the home opener....

Aaron Brooks has to be starting sooner or later

Tyreke... what the hell dude

Throb was alright

Outlaw and  Jimmer were ok in their limited minutes

Chuck Wagon showed up

'Reke, James Johnson, and Jimmer needs to be AMNESTIED right now.....Srs

Anyways, I still won't forgive Petrie for picking Jimmer freakin' Fredette over Clay Thompson. Thompson is a STUD. Surprised he missed that last shot I thought for sure it was going in...

Salmons would be the only amnesty worthy player.
Jimmer could be packaged
Johnson makes less than $3 million
Tyreke is up at season's end so he could end up being traded by February
Garcia is also up so he is trade bait as well

Tyreke just doesn't have the motor...

Ruining my damn fantasy team

Not only that, you go watch them in person and focus on Reke, and he just looks disinterested on some possessions.

He's been really solid on D tho..... not that it matters for fantasy

Enough where he can be your defensive specialist?

Or just enough that Kings fans won't run him out of town just yet

Its been more team defense rather than just one guy locking down his opponent. But Tyreke has been a strong contributor on that end of the floor.

I think most Kings fans would be ok with a trade, so long as we don't just give him away.
