Four people were shot outside the Empire State Building, and one is dead.

The dead person is the gunman, sources said.

The shooting happened around 9:07 am.

Thats tough...my girl used to live right around the corner from the Empire State Building and would walk right past it on her way to work every morning between 8:30 and 9:00.
