Black American Men in Brazil (DOCUMENTARY)

:rolleyes I guess im old fashion..I think a woman should cook for you..seeing my mother, aunts, cousins, and grandmothers make good money and still come home and cook pretty much every night..I expect my future signifance other to do the same

but im about to finish this doc.
Cook for yourself you lazy bastard.

I actually watched that whole thing. I would definitely be one of those dudes that lives in Brazil and America if I had the money

One thing I must say is that "EDUCATED" does not mean the person is flawless. You will encounter many "EDUCATED" fools in your life that are just as responsible as uneducated ones.

No surprise that the main girl talking about no educated men being available was mad overweight. Hate to say it, but if you're an overweight professional woman, you will probably have to settle for a non-professional man.

They think they can bag overweight professional men, but them dudes would rather get a nice looking broke chick, before choosing a overwieght professional chick.
Well said .... Very well said.

I've been saying for years.

3rd world women are the G.O.A.T.

They can balance that ambition with old world femininity.

That's why I love my West Indian women and Hispanics, even the ones born outside their countries know how to balance it.

Man, y'all americans (both black and white) been missin out.

EDIT:

An excerpt from a conversation I had with a friend (who is also an nter) about this documentary
Me:

ive been saying

it

for years

latin american, west indian, african, even yes them too, even european women

do this
and even indian women too

good doc. some great points brought up by both sides.

DR and Brazil have been very high on my vacation list for a while now

The men in the vid do make sense....

One thing about the black community is the gender relationships are usually a preview of what American society later experiences together.

These are MGTOW type dudes. Men going their own way. They've grown tired of what society has turned some women in their league into (in their minds), so they defect and don't look back. In the same way masculinity is being eroded, abstracted, alienated, and vilified in general society, so has it been in the black community.

The rest of society is slowly realizing that women are taught men are disposable and supposed to serve them and they don't have to reciprocate, that women are special snowflakes and all that other BS. We've simply gone through it first as black people

Regardless, the dudes in that vid are type creepy. Remind me of the cats in the Mandingo documentary.

I don't owe black women anything and they don't owe me anything, therefore I don't give a damn about what they want and expect from me. Black american culture is uber superficial across the board not just when it comes to relationships. People value money and objects more than character, loyalty and love so of course everything is ****** up and in disarray. The world is still gon turn and hearts still gon yearn. All I can tell you young men is get yours and pay these females no mind (I know its hard cuz you wannd pluck). College degree or not the tables turn once you start making money. If you're making money but you don't have a degree do you honestly think these chicks are going to discredit you? GET YOURS **** what these chicks are saying because all women do is contradict themselves anyway. Pluck and marry who you want to, you don't owe anybody ****!

PS: The girl who speaks in Portuguese looks super familiar. Pretty sure I saw her in an Onion Booty porn and her name is like Ominha or something but it wasn't the best cuz she made a really funny face when she domed and it looked like she used teeth but her skin was on point. Srs

i always wonder the conversion rates down there, guess its a life only few dudes know, i look at it as open though if you black chick in america you aint no better then
a black chick in brazil, i think its because there attractive levels makes american black women uncomfortable, im pretty sure we get more love from blacks chicks in England then in america too.

This is all I'm asking.

In all seriousness, can you really blame them 100% when the average grown female is glued to taking pictures of herself on instagram; spending her checks and credit card on coach purses, mac make-up, platform shoes, 500 dollar sunglasses; stay in the mall; watching housewives of atl or hip hop wives or bad girls club; own no books; has drama with her ex goon boyfriend; doesn't travel and expects you to pay rent?

And dudes are supposed to bow down because you have a degree in sociology? kick rocks bbbbb

If i was faced with a lifetime of that, I'd leave the country too.

Aight so I watched the documentary. It was straight. Judging from those guys, they weren't really down there for women exclusively. Like someone said earlier if high earning black women REALLY want black men they have to lower their standards.

Even though it was an aside, the family topic they brought up was interesting. This "independent" ideal has really harmed a lot of people in America. Marriage is steeped in tradition and isn't entirely fit for today's society, but there's no denying that it produces "better" people, for the lack of a better word.

Hold up ....

Aren't these the same girls some NTers were giving me a hard time caliming they are getting massive D on a weekly basis.

:smh:

I swear some of you guys just argue for the sake of arguing.

 @ " A degree doesn't make you a better person". You speak like a dude who hasn't even graduated HS, my man. That's like Jay-Z saying "having half a billie doesn't make you better than the next man".

Then what does?? What are all your hours/days/years put into studying, class attending, note taking , assignment completion , etc.. for? For ***** and giggles?

Riiiiiight.

He was talking about character wise. To spell it out ...someone having a degree doesn't mean they will be a good mate.

If you can get past the initial setup, there are some valid points. I definitely agree with Tr1ll about it being more about the family. What this basically gets at, and the priest expounds on it, is the deconstruction of the Black Family. There's a systematic breakdown from the outset and this is the end result. However, from what I saw there is the undertone that the move was in part the quest for booty, but even if you understood Black History, the idea of moving there isn't that far off.

when he says better person i'm assuming he means a better partner for a relationship compared to someone who doesn't have a degree...

a degree doesn't prove you'll be compassionate, loyal, trustworthy, fun, interesting, etc...just increases your earning potential

Sound like a bunch of ****** who failed in the U.S. and decided to skip borders ... You don't need Brazil .. You can go basically anywhere. If they want some good free yambs, they'd head to Tokyo .. My son was based out there and had 2 yambs on deck living with him .. cook, **** , cook , **** ... :smokin
Yeah, I have to agree. These are swaggerless dudes who couldn't cut it in the US so they had to drop to the d-league.

so not only do you think a degree = chastity belt on the yambs...

but also it makes you better than the next man?

AND TO TOP IT OFF... you're actually comparing my language on a shoe forum to my intelligence?
