The product page says "global exclusive lead" so I wouldn't be surprised if they made their way to other retailers, they're just the first ones to have them. Even if they are Concepts only it doesn't look like they're exclusive enough to actually sell out soon. Unless Concepts pulls them down just because they're sitting like they do sometimes lol.
