They will have more than 200 pairs... Concepts had like 700 or so. Afew is serving the whole of Germany...

They sold 196 instore and wont sell them online.

The list of the shops selling them posted by guccipaul states 50 stores and there are a stores that aren't listed that sell them too. So maybe 70 stores I guess.. Wellgosh has a stock of 15, plus pairs for the shop staff. Rice and beans seems to have 30 pairs according to the list. The pairs per shop will be somewhere in the middle, so I think it adds up.
