Last year everyone believed the big factor going in was, "will Amare create chaos with a smaller role and coming off the bench?"

This time around the x-factor just seems to be his health. It was clear against Indiana that we were missing another scorer, so lets hope for the best.

And if it doesn't work out, we can still beat up the other team now that goon mart is back.

It's crazy to think that going into the offseason we could have easily lost prigioni, JR, and Kmart. The only L we took was losing Cope, but we replaced him with a number 1 overall pick that we traded benchwarmers for.

And on top of that added an ox in Ron Artest and solid young players.

Everybody was in a state of panic after the Indiana series ended that last season was "it" since we're an older team that was very likely to lose a lot of our talent.

But although we might not achieve the same regular season record, it's clear that our roster is more talented and better suited for the playoffs and that we're a better team than the one that was fielded in the playoffs.

In all seriousness though, why is this news? Why are we always so quick to crucify a public figure for something that goes on in their personal life? Always so distracted by unimportant factors. Let the man live, that's between him and his wife. He doesn't have to explain **** to any of us.

There is only one legit reason this matters. And I didnt understand it until it was told to me whn the spitzer thing happened

You can't be a public figure and be easily blackmailed. That's the only true reason sex scandals, cybering, being secretly gay, knocking up the maid and things like that matter.

Now... If there was no stigma and everyone would mind their own business and vote strictly on issues, then it woukd be irrelevant. But that's not how it is with most people.
