You can contact customer service and tell them that you forgot to apply the discount. They should adjust the charge. Happened to me before and they were great about it.

Closest size to 10 I've seen is 10.5 on Undefeated, don't know if they ever get restocks there.

$130 is a decent MSRP for them IMO.
If anyone is still looking for them, I'd recommend calling the Originals store in your city (if you have one). I'd also recommend searching the SKU number as there might be smaller mom and pop shops with those in stock.
