I'm not going to vouch for Frank since I don't know him, just going to give my experience:

I send dude over $2000 for three pairs of Lux Af1's..Received them as promised no problem.
It seems it would have been easier to scam one person than 6.

I would imagine this situation is extremely frustrating for him as it is taking time and ruining his reputation. I think the hype of the HOH biult up enoughthat it was impossible for his connections to meet the demand of all the NT's
That being said....I would want an explanation regarding the funds if they were mine.

As for paypal helping you, they will not divulge ANY information with a subpeona....and if the transaction was outside of Ebay, your buyer protection isreduced to ZERO

don't want to put it out there because it will cause others to get scammed but the paypal protection is !%@%#*##

There is an easy way to get around filing for non-receipt

IT happened to me and about 6-7 others on ISS and the kid got away with our money easy.

Be wary of sending funds via paypal.....they front like they protect you but do not at all

I my self would never do this until I knew for sure that I was scammed for sure, give the guy some more time,
the foams just dropped 9 days ago. I would give him atleast another week to clear things up.

I have dealt with Franky on 2-3 transactions and have had no problems.
