This is the truth right here. I did a deal with this dude a few years ago when the blue penny foams came out. We exchanged phone numbers, and itwas a quick easy meet up with cash exchanged, no hassles, no BS.
That being said, I really hope you guys get your money back. Dude is acting real grimey. Rico I know your a good dude, people don't deserve to be treatedlike this.

everytime franky had to refund me back,i got it. many transaction between us too. we both have sold and bought from each other. yes,he even shipped out foams.
yes paypal has some $^&* where after X number of days, a claim cannot be made because the transaction is over with. and when X number of dollars is beingtransferred they raise the flag. they charge $ i believe. idk why people sent money weeks in advance, even after the date kept getting pushed back. maybe youguys hsould call paypal and see why they charge they're customers a fee just to transfer money and in and then back as refunds.

sh** happens to even the best powersellers wit 100% on the bay.....i think onlyMJs was one of those NT powersellers and i think sh** happened for him. For the20 peeps he got over on he prolly hooked up peeps 3-4 times that. He should make it right i hate to see a good dude go down in flames. Communication is thekey.

I dealt with MJ collected one time and that was over the Eggplants. He sent me my Foams with no problem. I really think he is good NT'er, but that was onlymy first time dealing with him or somebody on NT.

@ his post in here tho...that's why Itry to refrain from dealing wit those that aren't close enough to touch...not only that but when I do a deal wit someone, I always make sure to stay inconstant contact wit them...when it came to the 1/2's I made sure to contact buyers when I received the money, expected ship date, actual ship date, and tocheck on receipt of the kicks..same wit clothes...now an explanation is useless and extenuating circumstances has elapsed since no explanation was given andpm's were ignored from jump....

i have sold things through ebay/niketalk a few times and i always keep the customer updated at all times. i still talk to some dudes daily thru aim and we havea trust where i dont have to list stuff or make agreements. we exchange money/shoes and thats it.

I just pay with credit card on paypal, it always work, Chargeback is key. 99% of the time, if your item does not show up, you will get your money back.However, you must use a credit card.
