when i sell i always ask for the buyers contact number
also i give the buyer my number not only to see if i am going to deal with a flake
but to give the buyer a piece of mind that i will not screw up there money and they can call me anytime
no texting b.s.
no e-mail b.s.
like "WHATS UP WITH MY SHOES OR MONEY"
when a stranger has my cash i want to know where my product is as a customer
so i know the feeling
and i never take paypal for reasons like this
anyways man get you cash dont let someone screw you over
people are saying the seller is legit
and things happen but i think the money should be returned as quick as possible
another reason to NEVER GIVE YOUR MONEY FIRST BEFORE ANY SELL HAS THE SHOES IN THERE HANDS

I hope you guys get your money back...but honestly, scams used to happen a lot more on NT. NT's B/S policies, draconian though they might be, really helpedcut down on them.
If you don't know how to set up a sale so that both buyer and seller are protected (and where both have an incentive to complete the transaction or faceserious consequences), you fail.
Dude might have refs, but it's on you to cover your own ***.

good luck getting back at em man, this is the worst thing about online sales... I remember winning an eBay auction a few years ago and never receiving the itemfor weeks and weeks. Eventually I started calling the person day after day and finally they called me a left a message about some made-up BS family emergency,etc. etc. everything in the book. I basically told them, send the item, the money, or I will go to all means necessary to get my money back - eventually gotthe item
