You also don't mess with a persons reputation. Granted, he didn't respond. But you don't know what was going on in his life. A familymember could have died or been sick or something. Not saying any of this happen, but you might have wanted to wait before you brought it to the board. Now Idon't see the problem with bringing it to the board, but it was like dudes were bashing him the day they dropped.

At the end of the day, you knew the risk of dealing with someone you never met behind the internet.
 
no one bashed him...dudes praised him because he was legit.......


he ruined his own rep by not refunding the money..or at least explaining why he hasnt yet.

Whether he had some fam emergency or not..he had over 1k owed to people. All he had to do was explain to one person and that one person could have relayed themessage to the others as a favor.

He did nothing.

I agree with you all the way man ...

I am looking at this and giving FRANK hope that he is a good dude and I jumped the gun to fast.
But then again its not hard to let one of us know that , and if that was the case NO HARD feelings ...
The main thing is communication man . Dude has $260 in my name and CANT GIVE ME ANY INFO on it ... that is what makes me upset.

I agree with you and in your position I'd expect my money also. I just think somewhere something happen, and it might not be just on his oneside. A dude doesn't go from legit, to not being legit, without cause. I'm not trusting enough to do what you did, but then again he had co-signersand had done it in the past.

Not sure if continuing to discuss it or making topics about it, will make him resolve the issue. Seems like it hasn't worked so far. Not everyone has thesame mentality or morals like I said before.

This isn't a good look for Niketalk. I was hoping this was going to be resolved a week ago. Hope it doesn't drag out much longer.

From what I have read over the last 11 pages on this thread, someone (victim) needs to contact the law enforcement agency in the jurisdiction in which this guyresides in. They need to explain to a detective what has occured on this site to have it documented and investigated. We're talking way over $300 herewhich bumps it up to grand theft and several other internet related crimes this guy has committed. You also need to immediately notify paypal of the issue.Even though he may have wiped his paypal account clean, paypal will put a freeze on whatever funds he had linked to the account possibly putting him in thenegative until the investigation is complete. Try your hardest though to get law enforcement involved in this case. There are many ways they can obtain his IPaddress and cross reference that information. If a detective is able to work with paypal, alot of you maybe able to get your money back. The last thing youwant to do is sit here and complain about it. The more time you give this guy, the harder it will be for you to get your money back.

For those of you that trust this guy and continue to make excuses for him, you have no idea what it feels like to have someone hold onto your hard earned moneywith absolutely no explanation as to why you cannot issue a refund. This seller needs to understand that even if he had something catastrophic occur in hispersonal life. He is still accountable to his clients and needs to try his hardest to notify them of what has occured. If he has time to post explanations onthis site. He most definetely has the time to sit behind his computer and issue these refunds. People, don't let yourselves fall victim to these types ofcrimes! Report it to the proper authorities!

I think ol Frank shot himself in the foot when posted pics of his pairs. Seems like it started a firestorm.
 
I believe this guy has bought several pair of foam with the money he collected. Decided to back out of selling the shoes for retail ( to the buyers whoprovided him with the cash) and has now decided to sell to other to make a profit. He is now trying to recoup all the money he spent on the shoes slowlyissuing refunds to those who sent him money. And when he has collected all the money, he will keep the profit and only refund the amounts that were given tohim.
 
This guy pretty much used the money he collected as a way for him to make a profit on this release. That is the only conclusion I can come up with to why he isonly issuing refunds to some people and not others.

This is what I been thinking he been trying to once I heard he was not able to get pairs then post pics of his ...

if this is the case WHY NOT JUST TELL US .. ME personally I wouldnt be as upset as I am NOW ... I understand that , dude wants HIS MONEY , JUST LIKE I WANTMINE .

Now that he sold some YEEZYS for 550 and a pair of foams for 200 ... he should have enough to give me my loot back .

Exactly what I was thinking! He saw how limited they were and how much these would sell for and decided that a few hundreds bucks was worth more that his repand name on here!

If the law gets involved IP addys can be obtained from NT.
 
It's greed, he's not going to admit what he did, but it was kind of ignorant to post pics of the shoes he was unable to obatin according to him. Iguess he got excited about the pick up and decided to post without thinking people were going to call him out on it.
 
Guys, I strongly urge you to notify law enforcement and paypal to get the ball rolling. I would also print the remarks he left on this forum and keep them foryour records. This in no way is a civil matter, which may be advised to some of you.
