This will be the 4th "scam" post in a row where I have seen paypal being looked upon as some sort of graduate level hard to understand process.
What am I missing here? I have over 100 paypal transactions including refunds and repayments. Unless this person doesnt have a checking account attached towithdraw the money and instead uses the debit card feature, the process is just too simple... Even after the refund time is up, just send a repayment with yourchecking account attached to it. the receiver will lose about $8 in paypal fees.. It would all take no more than 5 minutes to do..
what is all this talk about a money transfer and paypal balance.. Ya'llshould NOT be using paypal as a bank.. He deals with enough consumers I would assume with 90% certainity, dude has a withdraw to bank account feature.

Seems like he refunded everyone but the 2 that filed paypal claims? I dont see anyone else but 3 and Rico saying he owes them money, if so it looks like fromreading the Pearl post like he is getting back at those 2 for trying to do the paypal charge back. Thats just my 2 cents and I hope evryone gets their moneyback.

I agree. I still think there is HOPE with FRANK and the way he works. I try to think maybe he is broke and is waiting for pay day to give us our loot but thenagain he was gasin his corporate job.
Let me tell you son .. I KNOW OF 6 other dudes THAT STILL HAVE YET TO GET THEIR REFUND ....
LOL I NEVER OPENED A DISPUTE with him and PAY PAL TILL TODAY ... So that was not me .
He must have something against me ..... I dont get why he skipped a hand full of us ....

Do a paypal complaint against him, they'll investigate, and put a hold on his funds. You planned on getting shoes in return for the cash so waiting on themoney a couple weeks shouldn't be to much of a problem. I agree it shouldn't have to come to that but the man is clearly not acting right from what iread.

My bad then, and please dont think I am making excuses for scammers, I cannot stand people that mess with other people's money. I hope allyou guy's get your money back. I was just trying too figure why he picked out a few people to scam and hold their money. Anyway I would file a policereport for real.

I sort of understand both sides of this. In fact my opinion has sort of changed over the past week, as to who's side I'm leaning towards.
If I gave him money, I'd want it back ASAP. So I could use that money to get a pair off ebay. Not everyone has a spare $200 laying around. I'd also bepissed he showed off his kicks. That was sort of a slap in the face.
If I were him and dudes brought it to the internet, tried to ruin my name, and didn't handle it maturely. I'd mess with their heads. i.e. notresponding, maybe delayed refund.
He should have known dudes were going to want their money back promptly and some were going to be more demanding than others though. It's certainresponsiblities you instantly undertook when you agreed to the deal that are unsaid, but are just about being a genuine person. Just like I doubt he would havebeen cool if they gave him part of the money or took a long time sending it.
