I haven't used Crep, but I use Meltonian water and stain protector. It's pretty much the same stuff. It doesn't affect the suede feel and everything just washes off. I've only used it on GR sbs though. Nothing as high quality as SOMPs or QS. If you wear the kicks alot then you need to reapply it, especially in the toe area. I've applied 2 coats to some shoes and they are still hydrophobic months later.
