I really didn’t ask him much about the experience. Mainly followed his progress through social media. It was during the Pandemic so he only played two games before the season got shut down. The two games I saw highlights from the crowds looked and sounded like smaller futbol crowds. Looked like a pretty good experience. No idea what it paid.

I think Mexican College Football always been kind of a big deal. More of a big city and even middle/upper class thing.

My boys dad played QB in Mexico City way back in the 80's and said they would play in front of tens of thousands for big rivalries games.

I know it's traditionally different than here though, kind of a hybrid semi-pro system with non-colleges competing but the schools historically having the best teams.

A fully pro league sounds dope and makes more sense than CFL
