If Tristan Thompson was an unrestricted free agent he would get the exact same contract of not more from someone.

Alan Crabbe just got 74M 11 months ago

Remember when gsw were fools gold? Or how jump shooting teams won't ever win a championship?

I actually dont think TT is that bad of a deal.

All things considered.
Bargain in this new CBA. He feasts on almost every other team in the league not named GS.

I still hate GS, but they're a necessary evil to get Bron out the paint permanently and make him go home and be a family man.

They opened in Vegas as the biggest favorite in the history of any sport as for the chip next season.

Stay mad b. :pimp:

Lebby gonna convince Bosh to risk his life and come byke. He'd be the perfect fit over Love alongside side TT.

That's what happens when you force the franchise to give your "brother" a terrible contract in Tristan Thompson. They gotta sucker someone into taking his contract by any means necessary

Born 3-5 in the finals? Smh [emoji]127998[/emoji]‍♂️

Warriors put they foot on these dudes necks

I really thought getting Blatt fired was gonna be his undoing but it was actually defending his "posse" that caught him slipping. Tristan Thompson won't go anywhere because I don't think Lebron's ego would let him say he's wrong and concede to the Cavs front office but there HAS to be some type of restructuring with that contract. It's unfair that it has to be all on Lebron but he lost a little clout tonight. Well technically, the final minutes of game 3.....

Bron....the best player in the entire NBA for 7 straight years.

Played with the best players in his conference, let alone the NBA....against a historically weak East....and we are now surprised that his team wasn't favored EVERY YEAR SINCE 2010 to come out of the East?

. Rich, I tell ya. I'm much more impressed by his durability than him being the best player, with the best talent in his conference and advancing.

We have to give credit to Lebron in the fact that he willed his way to the biggest stage 7 years straight and was by far the best talent on his team and the best talent in the NBA. His win/loss on the big stage right now is GLARING but in the grand scheme we have to appreciate his greatness. He doesn't have to be Jordan, or Magic or Bird. He's been a great player to watch just being him even if he shows up short more often than not. He's been there and he's won it, multiple times at that. But if he's chasing the ghost of Chicago, he and the rest of the world found out tonight that he's delusional.

Where was Kevin Love in game 5 of the 2017 NBA Finals?

Kevin Love was there but the stats will show that he was flat. Though he could've done more this game he did enough playing his usual style of basketball for the Cavs to win this game. He definitely earned his bread and a spot on the team over Tristan Thompson yet his name will probably get shopped first for trades because he isn't part of the "posse". I feel like Kevin Love shouldn't be traded at all.

Oh and another thing a lot of yall coming with this it aint fair talk and KD cheated or the Warriors didn't earn their win. Straight up loser mentality. Give up lame talk. Like you can't envision this Warrior team ever losing. Same talk when the Heat got put together and lost to the Mavs. Same thing for some last year.

This loss is on the dumbass Cavs. There was a time in the NBA where coaches, GMs, PoO, and/or owners would build their championship contending team to specifically defeat 1 or 2 other championship contending teams.

What did Dan do? What did Lebby the GM do? Last year's Cavs team actually played great defense to win game 7. However they were down 3-1 for a reason. The answer was not to keep Shump and JR or bring in Frye, Williams, and Korver to beat that Warriors team. Especially not to beat a Warriors team that just got Kevin Durant.

Them boys did nothing to give themselves a chance. LeBron getting older. The plan was legit to take their is offense in to the finals put it all on Bron's no clutch gene having's back and Kyrie's who they expect 48 min of goat play to win it? What and just hope Thompson, Jefferson, and JR make shots when they need it?

LeBum had nothing for KD or Curry but somehow Klay Thompson became known for his defense this entire series.

If you aint gonna give ya team a chance, expect to lose.

I can agree with almost everything you said. The whole organization had no leverage on Lebron who came back and immediately took them from the lottery to back to back finals appearances and a championship. Given the more than questionable moves that were made, the Cavs weren't too far out from legitimately winning the championship. This loss though staining Lebron's legacy was a proper reality check for him.

Also is this not the highest scoring NBA Finals? Seemed like it was.
It might just be...

84 Finals went 7 games and LAL averaged 117.4 pts and Celtics averaged 115.1 ppg for a combined 232.5 ppg

This year, GSW averaged 121.6 pts and CLE averaged 114.8 for a combined 236.4
