The NBA can put that logo on the part of the jersey that's tucked in for all I care. As long as they continue to televise the games, I could give 2 cares what the Uni's look like.
Disgraceful would be allowing more TV/commercial timeouts than the saturated amount they already have

Exactly we just saying the truth about Cleveland sports and dude catches feelings.

I'll take Wiggins over parker as well. Ppl who suck at d dont all of a sudden become average defenders.

gotta make room for those ads my friend.

Tampax and rogaine....

That cleveland head coach hire is laughable I don't understand...
Winning and attracting talent is the objective, someone let gilbert know

If they werent gonna hire Mark Jackson (strictly for player development and "attractiveness"), Blatt was the best basketball minded and analytic coach available. They'll win games with him. No more Kyrie/Dion isos all day.

David Blatt is one of the most successful American coaches in European basketball history. While his talents have yet to be proven in the NBA who would you rather have them choose from available coaches? Tyronn Lue? Alvin Gentry? Mark Jackson? We've seen what they can do, or atleast with Lue what his head coaches have been able to do against NBA offenses and defenses. Blatt brings something new to the table.

I like the idea of trying something innovative and fresh. The plan is to start winning, from there I think Cleveland will begin to attract more free agent talent. Especially should Kyrie stick around.

I don't know anything about Blatt, but the Cavs should be commended for trying something new.

And Kyrie was never leaving the Cavs for the foreseeable future.

Still can't believe GKarl and Lionel Hollins don't have head spots.

Sounds like Houston is wanting to get Hollins in the assistant role but damn, assistant though

This right here

I'll take a proven nba head coach George Karl any day over a successful euro coach that's a big question mark. As an assistant why not but head coach is too big a gamble....

jumpmanfromdabay jumpmanfromdabay how do you know what I know? I'll chalk it up to u probably being in hi school or sumthin but it's laughable that the owner of a franchise never gets near a safe hire..
Over and over from a coach he fired to a coach that he doesn't even know is capable at coaching in an nba setting
Euro success equals nba success?
Yes That's laughable

Karl can get you from point A to point B.

So in that sense, he could've made sense for Cleveland. Probably would've fit in Griffin's view of an uptempo team.

Exactly..

Some first year nba coach is going to get them deep in playoffs?
But Karls not? Really?

That's something that atleast Kyrie needs to experience for now if he's going to be sticking around..

you seem to be new here.

I don't think anyone is expect a deep playoff run, more like just want to make the playoffs.

and so you know, there has been a European coach that has had success in the NBA. even though he was born here, Mike D'antoni earned his bones as a player and coach over seas and has done pretty well in the NBA and his high tempo offense once rocked the league not too long ago.

Blatt should be fine. basketball is basketball and winning is winning.

Great points really great..

And yes nor deep, just some early playoff experience is needed but this guy is not more suited for that than Karl or Jackson ...Blatt is a nba crapshoot when there's proven winning coaches available
