2013 College Football Thread (Realer than Real Deal Holyfield -->S/O Craftsy)

I was at the FHSAA Chamipionship games this weekend. Whoever gets this guy Alex Montgomery (Cypress Bay) is getting a special player.I've seen a lot of great athletes but this guy is the best I've ever seen. Anyways s/o to my alma mater Apopka for winning state!!

I think it'll be handled in house.....**** happens on every team.....of course during practice but still....

Michigan will be w/o starting Senior cornerback JT Floyd, punter Will Hagerup and special teams specialist Brandin Hawthorne. Floyd is probably the one that hurts the most but it sucks to be w/o our all-conference punter in a game where there will be a lot of punting...

Kenric McNeal's dad told me how Sumlin deals with team fights. It's brilliant and nobody gets kicked off the team.

so FSU is going to run the 3-4 next season despite not having the proper personnel for it.

Good Luck to Dre and nem and all the FSU fans during the adjustment period.

I really doubt we become a base 3-4 team. Think we run more multiple fronts (FSU ran some 3-4 year) but remain a base 4-3.

If they make the full scale switch then......between that and the pattern matching I expect to be implemented in the secondary could be a some speed bumps.

Pruitt and Sal both have 3-4 and 4-3 backgrounds

Def won't be doing that in the first season...we ran plenty of 4-2-5 this season to mask the deficiencies of the LB group...I do expect multiple fronts, and better DT play as I feel the younger players are more talented than the outgoing seniors...do feel we will take a step back with DE's though...Secondary will be fine

I don't see how that'll ever happen. With classes & finals, winter break, etc...schools wouldn't go for it.

D1AA does this and if BBall can have a larger tournament at various locations during the spring why would this be a problem?

:lol

School's wouldn't go for it because there is too much money tied in with these bowl games and they are all ready getting big money with the crappy system that is in place now.

4 team "playoff" is a start, it will expand slowly. I can see it being an 8-16 team playoff in about 10 years.
