It's normal to start training camp on the PUP list.
As long as they don't start the regular season on the PUP list, Cotchery and Moore shouldn't miss any games.
Rex Ryan just challenged the rest of the league to beat the Patriots. He said "someone's got to beat them besides us"

Braylon wants 5yrs/$50M per Arizona radio KTAR
One prominent name not on that list is New York Jets free agent wideout Braylon Edwards.
The Jets signed Burress over the weekend, effectively ending any speculation they might resign Edwards and leaving the 2007 Pro Bowl selection to ponder his future.
The lack of activity is clearly wearing on Edwards, who apparently is now reading Leo Tolstoy to deal with the dead time.

Multiple teams are rumored to be in the mix for Edwards including the Arizona Cardinals, Washington ********, Tennessee Titans and Minnesota Vikings. But so far, no one has landed the mercurial wideout who will likely demand something close to the five-year, $50 million contract former teammate Santonio Holmes got in New York.
Late last month Edwards pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated after a Sept. 21 arrest in Manhattan.

If Cotch goes elsewhere, I'll be disappointed. He's a true Jet.
I'll always remember him blwoing a tire midway through a play and still reaching out to grab the ball vs. the Browns... at a critical time as well.
To me, he's a perfect slot receiver. Solid route running, hands. A Possession receiver.
But Woody said to expect more moves between now and the Cowboys game. Should be interesting.

According to FOX 2 in Detroit, two people in Edwards’ entourage were arrested after allegedly assaulting employees at a Birmingham bar.
Per the report, Edwards’ friends got into an argument with the employees. The dispute made its way into the kitchen, and one employee was “sliced with a knife.
