^of course it takes precedence. At the end of the day, playing football is a job and the most important thing to most players is their wages.

I never argued against that, just that there's a time and place for everything. Dudes are in the middle of the worst season and run of Wengers career and sink more and more each week, not really the time to think about a raise imo. It only adds to the toxic atmosphere surrounding the club rn.

Its funny since its probably some of the same players who supposedly felt some kind of way about Alexis being unhappy at the club and wanting better wages who are now doing the same

great news to kick off the morning :pimp:

They used the perfect photo too... Look at that sad sack face...

Sounds like Ernesto will be including the English kid Marcus McGuane (19 yr) in the squad list for the Catalan Super Cup final against the team from Cornella. He's only played like 4-5 times for the B squad since coming to Barca (from Arsenal) so his inclusion is interesting. If he plays, he will be the first Englishmen to play for the Blaugrana since Gary Lineker...

I'm not a fan of Mourinho as a coach or a person but his resume speaks for itself

Zizou really handled P$G with relative ease in Paris without the likes of Bale, Kroos, Modric or Isco for most of the match...

To think there was real sack talk earlier this season too

by their own fans too

michael essien aint walking through that door

old merits don't mean anything
this isn't arsenal and wenger...united are a big club

i mean if the past achievements were recent and mourinho's side was showing promise then i would understand.
but there is no indication this united team is going in the right direction

i didn'ti think i would see united fans satisfied with being 16pts behind city and 2nd place
but yall have been through hell recently so i guess this aint the united i grew up seeing.
totally different club.

its stupid when people use past achievements, football should always be what have you done for me lately or else you got dudes like wenger who stay way past they welcome

I personally find that annoying AF. This applies for any sport IMO. For example, I love the Yankees but the most their fans are annoying with this "27 rings bro" **** when they only saw the yankees win their last 2-5 WS chips

With everybody healthy I wonder what formation we see in the CL, Clasico & Madrid Derby

This 4-4-2 Asensio/Lucas seems to be getting the best balance out of the team, if you could put a better 9 in place of Benz of next season... This might be it

The 4-4-2 Isco diamond was an absolute monster last season

The 4-3-3 BBC is proven too, gets a lot width out of the team, but often turns into a crossing contest, in big matches when everybody is healthy this what we usually see

This comment is stupid AF. If you can't hire a Manager based on his resume what do you base it on? He won Manager of the Year as recently as 3 years ago, with YOUR club.

You really gonna talk down the greatest Manager in your clubs history?

You have a short memory

Jose won two trophies last year. Isn’t the end goal to win as many trophies as possible each campaign? Y’all don’t like the way his teams play cool, I don’t either  but don’t act like he isn’t still winning.

which ones did yall win again?

The way the thread ****s on certain trophies always been funny to me. Of course different trophies carry more prestige but y’all acting like there is no value in winning a competitive in season competition.

no i hear you but yall sound satisfied
i just don't get how yall keep defending mou

But this is the precedent many United fans set in here though. In the past, FA Cups, Community Shields, Europa, etc. were all worthless and fake trophies, and many of you used to clown clubs for only winning things like the FA Cup. All of a sudden they're somewhat prestigious now? I agree with the past sentiment; Man United are too big and historic of a club to claim those trophies as major achievements.
