It's gotta be killing Simmons to be out of commission during the NBA Playoffs. It's not hard to understand why ESPN wanted to part ways -- it's a corporation that relishes complete control -- but to essentially shut him down for the final four months of his contract is pretty cruel.
Last year everybody was putting out a record though (disappointing or not) and I think the RTJ album released between Yeezus and MCHG
I'm with you though. I hope these dudes go platinum and make like a trillion dollars.
LeBron losing his luggage on the way back to Cleveland is a good narrative but the dude has two giant rings in his back pocket making all flights from Miami uncomfortable.
In a way, yes. It could probably be phrased a bit more elegantly, though.
I find it hard to watch these guys get annihilated, but at this point they've signed up for that.
And I'm assuming they know the risks, And I'm also assuming they do it for the love of the game (and for the game checks)...
I swear man, I thought Bell was dead.
I find it harder and harder to watch football. The players are so big and fast now, it's just brutal sometimes.
I think part of me cringing is that we know more about the risks of playing the game. But so do the players.
And if you're a player willing to...
I watched the finale again this morning and I still think it's perfect.
I never thought Todd would become such a compelling character but he really carried the second half of season 5. I hope Plemons gets some more work because he knocked it out of the park on BB.
OP
Stop.
I've been a lurker for years and I could lie and say I signed up just to post in this thread but actually I just wanted to
Who cares what I wanted to do?
Take a deep breath and do something productive.
