here is my cutting diet currently granted i am 5'11" , 185 lbs and 8.9% body fat but just add a little bit more carbs and protein to this(the protein and carbs are interchangeable). I stick to this 6 days a week, and if i dont cheat at all...i get sundays off and i eat whatever i want on...

As far as a career dont even waste your time...so much is being outsourced for dirt cheap. My company just fired 3 gfx designers last week. I mean programs now a days are becoming so much easier to use. Granted you have to have an eye for design but still not worth it.
