    I think the video wasn't meant as a common practice thing, just a look at what I can do type. My friend says he does it with a kettlebell with reasonable weight like 50 or something, says he likes it. I'm not ready to get into all of that though. ESPECIALLY in a gym.

I do zero cardio right now, but I used to run like 5 miles after every workout day which was like 3 times a week, then i just dropped it down...

    In gym class was always taught exhale when you're doing the work. Inhale when you're releasing. Only thing i dont do that for is side lateral raises because its awkward to exhale and lift your arms at the same time, but generally that rule is golden.
