Feel like I have hit a plateau so I am dropping my reps to 5 x 5s and increasing the weight.
I kinda fell off with my diet too , but I'm back mixing it up with more whole food proteins now instead of drinks.

I think the video wasn't meant as a common practice thing, just a look at what I can do type. My friend says he does it with a kettlebell with reasonable weight like 50 or something, says he likes it. I'm not ready to get into all of that though. ESPECIALLY in a gym.

But seriously if you are hollering in the gym you are not getting your full workout on because you probably taking dumb long rest periods. Hollering at girls at the gym should be the last thing on your mind.
Yeah I know i was skeptical on them too but they do really feel great and fit real small when you pack em up since I work out during the day in the city. I do zero cardio right now, but I used to run like 5 miles after every workout day which was like 3 times a week, then i just dropped it down...

In gym class was always taught exhale when you're doing the work. Inhale when you're releasing. Only thing i dont do that for is side lateral raises because its awkward to exhale and lift your arms at the same time, but generally that rule is golden. If you think it as your body needs oxygen so...
Nah I'm not even , when I looked at it today I was like oh shoot mad protein. Gotta bring it down. Schedule is hectic and Im constantly on the move so i just been throwing them back. Going to cut it down to two shakes before i get gout or some @%*.
