Only heard him on the Kodak song, and one of my good friends son liked him as an artist and went to his concert down here. I couldn't get into his music but I understand it. I remember when Kurt Cobain died, and there was a lot of kids that credited his music that helped them through some hard times. I can't say a rap artist ever had that type of effect on me, but I won't knock it.

I do think video games, tablets, smartphones, etc also contribute to this BS. However, I blame the parents ... it is easy for them to stick a device in front of their kids face just so they would "calm" down instead of spending quality time and restricting these devices.
I'm not going to sit here and just blame these cats and the kids, but the parents are also at fault. Parents need to be more involved in their kids life, restricting, punishing, living, listening, understanding, etc. I never had none of these gadgets, just straight Nintendo. I went out every day with my friends, mostly everyone used to smoke weed, not me. I always kept an open dialogue with my parents ... they showed me regardless of the situation i could go to them.
I'm not going to sit here and just blame these cats and the kids, but the parents are also at fault. who said weed was bad? However, is a choice I decided not to partake in it. At that age, I could of have very easily ended up caving and smoking weed and who knows I might have done harder drugs or just cave to other pure pressure situations which got a few of the kiss I knew killed.
