I always thought that up until the Cena Era, the talent was given a few things to make sure to touch on and the rest was up to them to come up with..

I just saw a youtube video about wrestling secrets and it showed a few scripts that Vince/creative hands out..These dude, literally, have pages of dialogue they have to memorize and recite it word for word..Almost like a movie/tv show set..
