I think the length of time that he has been away from the WWE has something to do with it. We get to see Rock a couple times every year.

I think Kurt would have a louder pop initially but Rocky's would last longer since everyone would be in shock about Kurt being there.

Honestly, I think the biggest pop would be Punk. Dude literally has a cult following and he didn't really have any closure storyline wise on his departure. We just saw Rock last night and Austin at 'Mania.
