It appears Undertaker will once again be taking time off following WrestleMania this year as he was pulled from all advertising for the company's annual spring European tour this past week.Shawn Michaels is also expected to take time off following WrestleMania

The Undertaker In Rough Shape - WrestleMania 26 Storyline Plans

The feeling within WWE is that The Undertakerwill work a very light schedule headed into WrestleMania XXIV.Undertaker is still in rough physical shape and there are plans to getthe World Heavyweight title off him before WrestleMania. WithUndertaker vs. Shawn Michaelsstill looking likely for WrestleMania XXIV, the match has enough goingfor it that it doesn't need a title on the line and WWE could probablyget more drawing power in having a separate match for the WorldHeavyweight title. They may have 'Taker drop the title to Chris Jericho at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view and then do Edge vs. Jericho for the title at WrestleMania XXIV. That was in the original plans but things are changing constantly these days.

April - Extreme Rules (replaces Backlash)
May - Wild Card (replaces Judgment Day)
June - Fatal Four Way (replaces the Bash)
July - Money in the Bank (replaces Night of Champions, which has been moved to September)

As noted yesterday here on the website, Orlando Jordan kissed a man prior to his match with Samoa Joe at the TNA iMPACT! TV tapings on Monday. Jordan was escorted to the ring by a man and woman and kissed both before his match. We're told this didn't go over well with many people backstage within TNA and it is possible the company may edit it out.

According to a TNAWrestlingNews.com source, the man Orlando Jordan kissed was his real-life boyfriend. The boyfriend was backstage at the show earlier in the day and appeared on camera with Orlando later in the night.

Jeff Hardy Update - Returning To TNA - Pissed Off At WWE

Jeff Hardy is currently shying away from any wrestling commitments until his trial was over.
Hardy, who goes to trial on March 17th, was contacted by aninternational wrestling promotion and told him that due to hisindictment he was not allowed to leave the country until his legalissues were resolved.

We can also now confirm that Hardy has decided to go to TNAfull-time once/if he is able to clear up these issues. It should benoted that North Carolina drug laws are very strict so we'll see whathappens once the case gets going. That could get interesting.

We're told one of the reasons he made this decision to return to TNA instead of a return to WWE was for both the easier schedule and the fact that WWE had CM Punkdo a certain segment on TV mocking him after he had been arrested.WrestlingINC.com reports that he was said to be really pissed off overthat angle and it was definitely one of the reasons he showed up on theJanuary 4th TNA Monday night iMPACT! telecast.

Eric Bischoff is still intent on bringing Jim Ross into TNAas an announcer. After many months of speculation as to what he'd dowhen his WWE contract expired, Ross signed a short-term extension backin December and is expected to be with WWE through mid-2010. That said,the face of the pro wrestling industry is sure to change this year,with TNA going to Monday nights on March 8th, so who knows what thefuture holds. It should also be noted that TNA pushed hard to recruitthe WWE hall of famer for iMPACT!'s three-hour live show on January 1st.
» With that being said, Mike Tenay, who has been with TNA since dayone, is said to be paranoid over his position with the company due tothe fact that people within the organization have attempted to recruitJim Ross as his replacement. Although it should be noted that Tenay isconsidered by many in the company to be paranoid in general, but thecompany's shift in power has made him more leery than usual.

Regarding Lance Cade, he remains under contract to WWEbut is simply not being used in any capacity. He worked a FloridaChampionship Wrestling event late last year and hasn't been seen since.Furthermore, no one knows when he'll be returning to television letalone which brand he'll end up on.
