Vince will probably blame the low ratings on Cena's absence, everyone besides Cena being champ and the holiday season. With the RR coming, ratings should jump or even out. Vince ain't worried, he got a plan.

It appears the issues began when two young boys called Roman Reigns the "n word" during his entrance. This led to some comments from other fans in that section and the boys' mother didn't respond well to people talking to her sons. The mother then got into an argument with other fans, accusing them of taking photos of her kids. Security saw there was a situation brewing and the family causing the problems was removed.
