I just re-read it like 3 times, and dipping fries in mashed potatoes cannot be the business. I can't picture it.

Gravy is a different story. That's one ingredient away from poutine

what u got to do is dip da biscuit in the mashed tatoes first....then dip it in the gravy.

Can't believe that one is still a fried chicken joint! I used to live about a block or two away from that area and remember it being a 'Pioneer Chicken' back in the mid 80's.

Was pioneer chicken good? I know they're almost extinct but I've seen them in a few places around LA. My homie who grew up in echo park used to vouch for it but idk, I never had it..
