Judging by the tone of this thread saying he's disliked seems like an understatement ..

Dude is kind of corny especially with all the dancing and dabbing esp when its origin comes from blowing trees, smh
Shut up dabbing comes from ATL and is another term of swag, not that smoking nonsense you talking.
Exaxtly Wavy...fool acting like he dropping knowledge and completely wrong.
@Hank Scorpio You can't even spell though, so how are you any better? I haven't watched NFL seriously in years, but I'm rooting for Cam just because of people like you. Do you have any suggestions for the countless high profile white NFL athletes that sound like they're concussed 24/7?It just bugs me that he's so ineloquint when he speaks. Have you seen his press conferences? The guy would be all over the place if he was a little more polished. I guess formal speech training can address that issue
I always thought the dabbing dance was emulating how dudes cough into the inside of their elbows after taking a big hit of oil. Why else would these fools be sticking their faces in their elbows like that?
Homie watched the Bow Wow video of the origin of Dabbin and thought he was dropping knowledge. Also, the group name is "Migos" not "Amigos"
Big Ben and Brady may be hated, but they are respectedCouple of thoughts after skimming this thread:
1. Everyone hates Jay Cutler, **** you guys talking about? His no ***** given attitude has rubbed America the wrong way.
2. Where did people get this notion that Big Ben has been forgiven and is universally loved? I don't think he'll ever shake the "rapist" label society has placed on him.
3. I've been hearing Tom Brady's name thrown out by a lot of pundits as the counterpoint to Cam Newton. Seriously though? How many people outside of New England's fanbase actually like the guy? Not many.
4. Gronk only gets away with his on-and-off the field antics because he's good. If he was a scrub, he'd be just another Johnny Manziel.
So while I agree that Cam is hated by some (although I still contend that the number of people who actually hate him is exaggerrated) for the wrong reasons, you guys need to improve the quality of your comparisons.
Cam is definitely respected fam. He's going to be named MVP whether he wins on Sunday or not. A few angry letters, silly petitions, and ignorant tweets aren't reflective of how most of the country feels about the guy. Hell, have you guys not noticed how sports media and Under Armour (with those "there are no bandaids for feelings" ads) have taken this nonsense, blown it out of proportion and profited tremendously from it? Perception isn't reality.

Lol, that's exactly it's origin but a lot of country folk who have too much time on their hands, tend to take stuff and be hella extra with it [emoji]128527[/emoji].
Same thing how they say when you sneeze to essentially "dab" into your arm, but I'm sleep tho[emoji]128527[/emoji]
Y'all can keep arguing over nonsense, I'm done.
