Only by constantly praising all things non white, so goes this meta narrative, and criticizing all things white (and for the truly holy and pure, all things male, christian, traditional family, heterosexual and capitalist) is it possible to be saved and if you do not do those things you are a racist. It is also demanded that you completely disregard the rule of law and common sense and the concept of autonomy for individuals so that one can insure not equality of opportunities but also equality of results. The final part of this trinity is the belief that a person or group's actions play absolutely no role in it outcomes. Every explanation of why one group is better than another is because the more prosperous group is more privileged than the other.
Those who fail to do and say those three things are racist even if they have no negative feelings towards non whites, even if they like non whites they are, according to the high priests of this cult white self hate, whites are racist even if they are unaware of how racist they really are. What makes it even more galling is that these people will claim that they like "dialogue" and cast themselves as intellectuals who are open to all ideas and points of view but when asked the tough questions, when asked to support their assertions, when called on their inconsistency, the veneer quickly falls and is replaced by indignation and rudeness and usually a flurry of ad hominem attacks and accusations. The people who get the most irrational during discussions about race are those white people who see most whites as having that aforementioned secular original sin.
Sadly there are some whites who are against all things non white are inferior t all things that are white and they are also bad. Anyone who makes nothing but a priori assumptions, who denies the reality starring him in the face because his adherence to dogma is making a mistake. Furthermore, because of the fact that people tend to take political positions because of how they think it will make them appear and/or to align them selves with groups with which they want to be aligned, many people will want to error on the side of being over zealous in condemning whites, as a group, and in assessing the reach and the degree of racism towards non whites that exist today.
I am half white and I see color for only as what it is, a genetically insignificant variable, that plays no role in a person's personality and virtue. I favor equality before the law that no one should be part of privileged or pariah group when it comes to how they are treated by the courts, by legislatures and by law enforcement. Unbelievably, some intellectuals consider that outlook to be racist or at least anti non white.
