Wackest?
To be honest, I don't know if I would call anyone "Wack" per say. What someone may find wack, another may find hot, or nice. I have a few favorites I will say, I don't know about wack though. As far as my favorite:

Jewels
Time
TSans
Qualmes
Jamaal
Floss
A few others, but yeah. I wouldn't call people wack. Like I said, someone probably does find them appealing. Eventually, if they are that "Wack", they will fall off, or stop, or something.

Dudes really go in on Time a lot.
Really though Time use to be annoying and wack to me but I started listening to his stuff and he's not bad at all.
Dude puts in work, he produces hot stuff and his lyrics are good too better than other dudes out there without a doubt.
Im not about to talk bad about other people either.

Time should stick to producing IMO.
Out of everyone on here, I'd say Illi has the most potential star power and radio play and not just because I work with him. The Baron Boys lace him with good beats and he has a good control of melody. Ive been a fan since Inhale 2.
Dom is OK, but I havent heard too much of his material..his voice takes getting used to. Jewels I listen to. I like his vocals.

The real whacks ones have been forgotten for the most part but that guy who was spamming all of his mixtapes was pretty whack.
Out of the most known ones and those that have released music I'd say Time. Just as far as rapping and making rap music goes. I've seen from his last joint he's experimenting with other shh and I know he a fan of that whack **!*! Cudi so maybe he'll eventually stop rapping and be on that other shh.
His production has vastly improves though. Couple joints on OG really do bump and I'd say from his other stuff I've heard he has beats worth buying.
I think Wes Duce still has some growing to do. Not all of his joints on his last tape had a lot of replay value.
