If we're going to rate shoes in terms of how much money they've made Nike, Yeezy's would be nowhere near the top.
They also aren't in the top when you use consider if a shoe was groundbreaking in terms of appearance or performance.

I'm willing to bet that IF the Yeezy was a GR it would have STILL been rotting on the shelves. It only sold cuz hypebeasts and resellersscooped them up, not because the shoe was good. Not my faves, but the shoes I feel made a definite impact in shoe innovations/sneaker culture.

Air Force 1 - Changed basketball shoes forever.

Air Max '87 - First shoe the consumer could visibly see the tech in their shoes.

Foamposite One - What more needs be said.

Shox (R4, Turbo, or NZ) - New crazy tech that took many years to develop and 9 years later is still a sales leader.

HyperDunk - Introduction of Flywire and LunarFoam. Looks like the fun is just beginning with these two techs.
