I'm with you on this. I was at Duke to see my cousin who went there, I was at the on campus McDonald 's dude was ordering a drink and the cashier didn't know what he meant and dude was like its right there on the picture what are you stupid. I said to the cashier with dude next to me that if he wanted to come over the counter and smack the dude I would tell whoever he spit on him(used that reason cause camera wouldn't pick it up) And told dude ordering that just because your mommy and daddy got money don't give u the right to talk to someone like that and that one day its gonna get him hurt. Dude didn't say a word and walked away.I think anybody who has actually worked a customer service job that they couldn't afford to quit has a higher respect for customer service employees. I know I do.
And I'll stand up for some people when customers are being ridiculous, because I know the employee can't. (that would be bad customer service )
