That's not gonna work in -20 weather man... or even -5.
The pockets in Canada Goose jackets go underneath the down fill bubble so it's like having your hand inside the jacket.

Right, which is the case for many coats. Again, the interior lining of the pocket can play a role in keeping your hands warm. Pockets lined with sherpa will keep your hands warm and comfortable if you don't have gloves.

Yeah outside of that 2 week Noreaster stretch the rest of the winter was pretty tame.
Just look at some old 80’s movies that take place in NYC. Looked like a frozen tundra.
