breakfast is the most important meal of the day. aren't some of you tired of the eggs, pancakes, toast, sausage stuff everyday?

yes you should be grateful that you got food to eat, but some variety is much preferred

Oatmeal and 3 boiled egg whites. hour and half later handful of grapes,1 bannana and 2 yogurts.

It's called an egg in a hole. You cook it basically the same was as you would an egg over easy. I use to eat these all the time. There still good

I would make these for my girl all the time when she was pregnant. I usually fry it in butter though.

once cooked do they stay in the bread???? like it stays together

school me on cooking instructions please...this could be breakfast all week for me

Well this is how I make them
I cut a hole in the bread
I put butter on one side
I put it on the frying pan
I put a little bit of butter in the hole where the egg is gonna go
I crack the egg and put it in the hole
then I flip it over

not so good with instructions but I hope I helped
