Wow @ all the in depth battleboard who should be ranked where when it comes to physical strength talk.
Iron man shouldnt be there
He specifically says in the pic he can charge his armor to be as strong as the rest of them for 2 seconds :lol
what is Wonder Man's powers again??? why is he up there?
He's an unlimited ion reactor basically.
Not looking good for Fantastic 4... 1/5 reviews are fresh so far.

Would love to see Marvel use the Fantastic 4 as the successors for when they retire IM, Thor, Steve Rogers

But no second thought, I wouldnt want them to join Marvel at the expense of the Inhumans.
I'm already thinking my head by winter if this movie tanks, FOX makes a deal to give the F4 back to Marvel along with Galactus, Silver Surfer, Doom, some other alien races I'm forgetting and in return get the okay on that mutant tv show they want to do and they get to keep the Skrulls, Marvel stops playing hardball with the merch, and maybe they get a guarantee for a future X-Men crossover with the MCU.

So then with the F4 with Marvel, story wise they make it so around BP comes out they already got their powers (stick with the spaceship cosmic rays origin) and Dr. Doom has been dictator of Latveria since Iron Man but wasn't making any waves to get the Avengers attention. Then they don't even do a F4 right away, just introduce each of them in different movies. Reed shows up in some Iron Man movie, Thing in Avengers, Johnny in Spidey, Invisible Woman in all the movies which leads up to a F4 movie in like 2020 :lol

I'm curious about Doc Strange. With Guardians, and Ant-Man, I had an idea about what we were going to get, but with this, I'm in the dark. I read something that the approach to this film was that it's going to be kinda close to a horror film in some ways. Either way, I got complete faith in Benedict Cumbergawd

you had an idea of what we were going to get with guardians before the first trailer/photos?

I hope Fox would give Marvel the movie rights to X-Men after Hugh Jackman hangs up the claws. I just wanna see a Wolverine Vs. Hulk fight on the big screen, man. that's all I want.

All you want is for a publicly traded corporation to give up billions and billions of dollars worth of profit over the next few decades?

Try asking nicely

The only film with memorable Spidey fight scene is Spider-Man 2 IMO

everything else is either meh or trash

I'm so glad that they're allowing for an R rated Deadpool movie. I can't see it being PG-13. Good on Fox. Now if Sony would just do an R rated Carnage film..

Not bad! Also what I can think of...

After IW and the Guardians are introduced, SHIELD(and some Hydra scumbags wanting galactic domination instead of world), obsessed with what powers the rest of the galaxy has (after everyone finds out about the Infinity Gauntlet) sends an undercover team to explore the Guardians' world and the region of space that Stark describes to them from the first Avengers

Something goes wrong with the intergalactic portal they travel through and the team they sends gains powers. Unbeknownst to them, Red Skull returns via the same way.

Fantastic 4

BOOM

AVENGERS 4: DOOM uses Ultron's base and resurrects him and the Masters of Evil while Red Skull returns

AVENGERS 5: GALACTUS and SILVER SURFER

$$$$$$$

I can dream...

An Iron Man/Doctor Doom film is something I need in my life. :smokin

Fox and Marvel's relationship is just so bad. If it gets to that point where Fox is willing to give them back FF.. Wow.

Idk if FF is going to be that bad. The trailer doesn't strike me as 20 percent RT. Maybe it will climb up.

aside from doom i still personally don't see FF being that good even in Marvel's hands. if anything they'll all be used to be in other movies...
Johnny Storm in Inhumans.
Sue on Team captain
Reed on Team Ironman

Thing off running around doing his own thing, or thing being crushed by hulk whichever they want

but as another solo movie, i dont think they'll do much better than what's out

I don't know, the group has a lot of iconic moments and storylines to pull from. Infinity War is the big payoff right now, and since Marvel wants to continue afterwards, as evidenced by the Inhumnas film, they'll need a new major event to build towards. That could be Galactus, or even the Kree-Skrull War. The Kree have ties to the Inhumans and the Skrulls have ties to the Fantastic 4. Both groups could be used as an introduction point to those races. (The Kree are also tied to Captain Marvel, and that film could introduce/develop them as well) So I think the potential is there, its just a matter of can any writer actually make the team transition to the big screen in a satisfactory way? But if this next film doesn't do well then i'd just be surprised in general if the group got another one.

I'm torn between watching FF and not watching it. Would love to see FF revert back to Marvel. If there is any chance..

I'm going to catch a matinee of F4 on Saturday while my girl is running a garage sale. Win-Win situation for me either way.

Cumberbatch very fetching as Dr. Strange

Doctor Strange looks dark. Very dark. As in scraping the edge of ‘horror-movie-dark’ and information imparted about the film from Marvel Studios head, Kevin Feige, supports this appraisal. According to Feige, the film will have a firm footing in the shadowy world of the occult and supernatural. While we’re not expecting it to be a true blue horror film, but if it could provide as many chills as say Constantine (the TV series, NOT the film), then that would be great. Oh, and Benedict Cumberbatch looks very fetching in his Doctor Strange get-up. Very fetching.

'Doctor Strange' set for "dark", "psychedelic" look

Doctor Strange DoP Ben Davis discussed the visual palette and context of the anticipated superhero film starring Benedict Cumberbatch at BAFTA.

Cinematographer Ben Davis has shed light on the look of Marvel’s upcoming Doctor Strange, which is set to shoot in the UK later this year starring Benedict Cumberbatch in the title role.

Davis, who was director of photography on Guardians of the Galaxy and also lensed Avengers: Age of Ultron for the mini-studio, revealed that the film is set for a “dark” palette and “psychedelic grounding”.

Speaking at a BAFTA Masterclass in London last night (Aug 4), Davis suggested that the film’s visuals will be influenced by the images of 20th century artist M. C. Escher, known for his mathematically inspired woodcuts, lithographs, and mezzotints, featuring impossible constructions and explorations of infinity.

“Marvel’s Fantasia”

“It has a very psychedelic grounding, and it’s not your typical Marvel action movie,” he stated, before noting that his initial reaction to the project was that it could be “Marvel’s Fantasia”.

“Most of the work within it is about other dimensions. And I described it, I think, when I was talking to Marvel as Marvel’s Fantasia, in a way, because it’s so sort of out there and different to everything else that they’ve done.”

“There’s a lot of previsualisation, and there’s a lot of work which is very hard – you look at it and you see the imagery that they’ve created for it and you think, ‘well how the hell do we shoot that!?’ because it’s all sort of Escher stuff.

“It’s all very out there,” he continued. “I can’t really say much more about it, I’m afraid. But I think it’ll be really interesting, and it’s a very dark movie, I’m pleased to say.

“DP’s always love the word ‘dark’. The trouble is that most producers don’t like dark. Mostly you get into DI [Digital Intermediate process] and people don’t seem to like dark anymore!”

Plot and character details are being kept largely under wraps on the Scott Derrickson-directed feature, whose comic source material follows a brilliant, renowned and very arrogant neurosurgeon whose career is abruptly cut short by a car accident.

With his hands too damaged to perform surgery, Strange is driven to desperate measures to try and heal himself, and eventually turns to magic.

It is through his discovery of the mystical arts that he ultimately earns the ‘Sorcerer Supreme’ moniker, and through his new role as Earth’s protector that he becomes a better man.

Cumberbatch, star of Sherlock and The Imitation Game, leads the cast alongside Chiwetel Ejiofor and Tilda Swinton among the supporting roles.

Doctor Strange is scheduled for release on October 28, 2016 in the UK, and a week later in the US on November 4.

They also showed a concept art of the Doctor at Disney Africa Press Conference. Here's some reactions:

Shaheema Barodien @Shaheemab

Thoughts on the @Marvel Doctor Strange concept art from #DisneyAfrica is that Benedict Cumberbatch has never looked more menacing.

Zoe @Moonstormer

Benedict Cumberbatch looks incredible as Doctor Strange. Holy crap. #disneyafrica

Zoe @Moonstormer

Truly was incredible to see Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange, as well as his glorious NYC base. Too much to look forward to. #disneyafrica

@Shaheemab did you get to see a picture of him as a neurosurgeon? Or its him with dr strange's costume?

Shaheema Barodien @Shaheemab

@itchicko Saw Benedict Cumberbatch as both neurosurgeon and in his grandiose #DoctorStrange costume. Very exciting transformation!

{the name is Ploy} @itchicko

@Shaheemab he will have or mustache or a goatee? Could you tell me that? So sorry for bombing you with questions! I'm going mad right now!

Shaheema Barodien @Shaheemab

@itchicko There's definitely goatee - he wouldn't be #DoctorStrange without it! But keep in mind we only saw concept art.

Ploy @ohgodbenny

@witenoyze is his costume black and red? I heard so many different rumors. (Thanks for the answer, sir!)

@ohgodbenny His costume isn't too colourful. From what I remember, robes are blood red and green and cap is black.
