na jk.

piczon1983.......It was an issue in the 1st batch of EVO'S but was fixed down the road, my EVO has it but its not a big deal to me. Maybe you should go to ATT and get a replacement if you find it a nuisance and is defective.

As a huge Super Street Fighter IV fan, you can see where I got the inspiration from. Question though, base highlight or no base highlight?
the one on the right looks better imo
I agree. Looking

Motivating me to try and make my own. I suck at it though

Finally figured out how to make custom sliders on Widgetlocker

Do you need to be rooted for widget locker to work correctly?
I'm rooted but I dont think you need to be for 2.0

A question to all Evo users,

Is it true that EVo's suffered a screen seperation problem on the bottom of the phone? Ive read articles online about people having those issues, causing light leakage etc. Im just asking because I recently got a Inspire 4G which basically looks like an evo and the bottom right corner of my screen is starting to "come up" a bit. I can press down on the corner and hear a click noise. I feel its the adhesive holding down the screen and its loosing its grip.

Havent had that issue myself

Has anyone else had this problem?

My phone is sending texts to the wrong person, even though it says it sent to the right one. This is a serious problem and yeah all bad

Its been a bug in Android since at least 2009. Google has decided to disregard it.

I OC'd my Nexus S to 1.3 running CM7 Nightly 2/21 build and it's blazing fast
eek.gif
I tested it by playing some Robo Defense and it's hot. I turned it off right away  and took out the batt to let it cool down
embarassed.gif
( I can't imagine on how it runs @ 1.5 like some other geeks are doing on XDA). I'm still running 2.3.2

I wanna mess with the Radio but someone warned me that one mistake/F up file can make my Nexus S a paperweight + it requires 2.3.3 (kb3) which most people are saying sucks.

Comment #1460 on issue 9392 by [email protected]: SMS are intermittently sent to wrong and seemingly random contact.

Thanks to everyone for your patience while we've been investigating these reports. As it turns out, we believe there are two distinct situations being discussed on this issue chain. Fortunately, we have fixes for both of them.

When some users tap to open a message in the Messaging application, they're seeing a different message appear instead. We don't believe this issue is affecting many users, but we've developed a fix that we're preparing to deploy. Of course, double-checking the displayed message before hitting "Send" will prevent any messages from being sent to the wrong recipients. We've found in testing this issue, it is more likely to occur if you tap on a message before the Messaging app is fully loaded, so we recommend waiting for all the elements to load before clicking on the message you want to display.

Separately, some users have reported that their SMS messages are being delivered to the wrong people. It took us some time to reproduce this issue, as it appears that it's only occurring very rarely. Even so, we've now managed to both reproduce it and develop a fix that we will deploy.

While we don't anticipate any persistent problems, we'll continue to investigate in case we come up with additional ways to trigger these bugs. Thanks again for helping us improve Android.

So that was posted 01-05-11.
I guess whenever the next update comes out it'll be fixed.

Luckily it hasn't happened much. Just twice and I bought the Incredible at launch. But that's twice too many and it could really get me into trouble
