download the rom zip on your cpu>drag and drop it on your sd card>power off phone>power on phone while holding the down button>
the rest is self explanatory

I downloaded the rom to winrar after i do that what do i do?

Be careful not to tamper with that. Do not unzip the ROM, simply just add it into your sd card. Boot your phone into recovery, make a Nand backup then you flash your rom. PM me if you need any more assistance.
