Depends on what you'll be using them for I say. Gemini is a really solid shoe... love the Fortis too
should i wait for the lows to release? or get a pair of UA Gemini 2 ... it has micro g
Yea I agree with you. I know how it feels to have to fight to pick up a pair of Currys but even I check all the stores here and I cant see anymore Curry 1 Highs or some of the first Curry 2 colorways in stock at the stores. They're all sold out! (Surprisingly! Shocker!) anyhow I know that Nike has some pretty lame offerings now, besides the Kobe 11, so may pick up a pair of them once the price comes down a bit, probably will be a few months before they start clearing the first releases out, otherwise it's not looking very pretty for Nike. A good time for a switch to UA I guess. Nike's offerings have really been going downhill since like 2012, so I'm not holding out hope for another miracle product. Kyries are junk, LeBrons and Kobes are overpriced, with the LeBrons (at least the 13s) and Kyries being the uglier ones of them all, The KDs are ugly this year, but last year they were [emoji]128293[/emoji].I think hardly anyone has them here mainly because UA still has the image of being an apparel brand only. I myself once doubted them from a footwear standpoint. I think that's the case -- everyone still thinks Nike and other brands are far superior and that a UA shoe won't deliver. I don't really know what I mean by it being "nice" that no one has them -- that doesn't really matter to me, I guess what I mean is it's nice that I don't always have to fight to just pick up a pair of them.
Without even getting into their training/running shoe line, what I think UA does right with their hoop shoes are the following -- most of the time great fitting shoes, adequate support, consistent/full-length cushioning that's well-balanced when it comes to responsiveness/impact protection/court feel and lastly, they don't fuss too much with traction and stay with what works.
Anyway -- to reiterate, I think people are just sort of stuck on the fact that UA actually CAN make good footwear and that it's a slow transition in some States for people to realize that and give them a try. That's why you probably don't see many of them in the TC. Just my hunch

I'm in for these.
Very boring. Nothing about it screams that it's a special edition shoe, it just looks like another regular release on the shelf.Well that makes you peanut butter cuz I'm so jelly! How did they look in person?!

The lows do look like they have a bit more of a comfortable upper, but if you truly want to experience speedform, the gemini, fortis or apollos are a MUST in my opinion. Serious comfort...Just for general use or some random sports.... I don't mind trying the Gemini .... But the lows looks like has full length speed form as well... Hmmm we'll see
