Seriously. For no reason too. Minneapolis is filled with museums, art centers, concert venues, theaters, and sports teams. I'd be willingto bet they're number one per capita in the country.

Someone said it's because of the Mall of America. The MoA isn't even in Minneapolis, and is not a factor in this ranking.

Someone else said Minneapolis usually gets skipped over for concerts.

Cultural tourism. San Diego has no culture. It's one big suburban sprawl.
