guessing they must be good if they made the list over someone like Lyrics Born who had somewhat of a buzz

I think the dude in 2 Live Crew was half Asian.  And I think one of the criteria to be on the list was that they identify with their Asian side.

Tyga should be on there, probably number one or two.
