Best crew of analysts. Ever. It's just the chemistry they got.

You got Ernie, the leader I guess you can say; he moves the show along and gets everyone in involved. Drops knowledge and has a dry sense of humor.
Then you got Chuck. He says things we think of at home and is brutally honest.
Reggie may seem annoying but he kind of fits in with them. He's the one that cracks the CORNIEST jokes but there always good for laughs.
Kenny cracks the most jokes and drops knowledge. Him and Chuck usually got opposite views.

The guys on Inside the NBA are perfect at what they do. I was absolutely dying the other night after the Nuggets and Spurs game when they were about to comment on the highlights, and Kenny went in with the "George Hill got a strong, hard game."

They feed off each other and yet are still able to give good insight and opinions, as opposed to Payton and C-Webb last year on NBATV, who were pretty much clowning the whole time.

The NBA on TNT is the most entertaining and innovative sports program on tv right now. A bunch of "guys" just hanging out, joking, making some observations and talking about the game in a casual manner. Compare what they do to the basketball analysts on ESPN/ABC...they just state obvious crap to fill up their time slots before going to commercials. With the guys on TNT, you actually want to hear what they're going to say.

Word. 
TNT crew literally changed the way network TV is doing pre-game/post-game shows nowadays. At one point, Inside the NBA got better rating than actual game coverage on TNT (and it won't surprise me if it's still that way). ESPN/ABC is trying waaaay too hard to replicate what TNT crews have done for last 10 years and it doesn't even come close. Also, they may seem like just clowning but when they need to talk about basketball, no one comes close to their insight on the game right now. Don't sleep on Chris Webber, he breaks down game like nobody else. 

But they do need to bring GP back and hook him up with C-Webb. Kevin McHale just doesn't cut it, man.
