reggie shouldve been fired after last year but he got a second chance, and is toned down a bit. his voice is not built for TV.

reggie is real hard to listen to. Mchale isnt the greatest either, but im not sure if it would be the same without the usual crew

You rather hear 4-5 guys talk about "_______ need to step up their defensive intensity to win this ball game" or "___________ are shooting great right now", and other cliche junk like that?
The NBA on TNT is the most entertaining and innovative sports program on tv right now. A bunch of "guys" just hanging out, joking, making some observations and talking about the game in a casual manner. Compare what they do to the basketball analysts on ESPN/ABC...they just state obvious crap to fill up their time slots before going to commercials. With the guys on TNT, you actually want to hear what they're going to say.

Good point. I can read the same rumors, news, interviews, that the ESPN guys see and give the same generic and obviously insight. With the TNT crew it's like me and my friends are out there just talking, making jokes, and throwing insight and comments in with the jokes.

only person who needs to go is doug collins...dude is boring as helll..
reggie is fine...better than anyone u can think of ...since he actually played in the nba.. he knows how it feels to be in certain situation for players out there
