Was Yeshua black tho?
How am I bashing him?So jesus created ignorance and warfare on the lower class ?
Thanks for the laughs.
But on a serious note, this thread is for questions regarding Jesus. Not for bashing/insulting of him.
If you want to do that, go and make your own Jesus hating thread. This isnt the place for it.
John 14:10-11 "Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he does the works.11) Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works sake.
How am I bashing him?
Jesus was created during the dark ages. People at the time were ignorant (didn't know how to read, and lacked skills of scholarly value) The higher ups knew this and knew this was the reason they could get away with it. People who were educated passionately spoke out against this until the point they were all killed or had their materials burned.
PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE was waged on the ignorant lower class in the sense that they had to pay for indulgances, they were killed if they didnt subscribe to the common belief, all the literature they had was administered to them by corrupt officials ....
I havent bashed anyone in this thread or been disrespectful. When someone did say something I was the first one advocating for the believers in here.
Myself and many posters in here have asked question's about jesus that you guys haven't answered. And I'm not speaking in terms of giving a sufficient answer for a non-believer, I'm speaking in terms of opting not too answer at all. A few examples include "I'm good cuz" "I'll keep my opinion to myself" or simply just not responding at all. As you gentlemen have insinuated, Jesus has a very metaphysical importance. When the scripture lacked a response you guys have been ghost. I'm aware of the fact that most of you guys are gonna say the bible has it all which I completely respect because I can understand the fear that outside sources may have perverted any literature extraneous to the bible. However, if you're gonna adhere to something religiously common sense tells me I'd at least look in to who put it together.
Okay I'll ask questions that I can never get a good answer to and basically make me shy away from religion. So jesus created ignorance and warfare on the lower class ?1) It actually is some arbitrary number. We really don't know what year it is. Because the persistent effort to authenticate these lies, many intellectual people have been murdered and had their history burned leaving us in limbo as to what year it really is.
2) The reason most hospitals are named St. _____ because the saints of this time were Moors from ancient Egypt who instructed the Europeans during the dark age in advanced medicines and sciences.
3) Yes. Maybe not as overt, but surely telling someone they're going to HELL because they don't accept your savior is equally as damaging and has no gender bias.
4) Come out of your chrisitan umbrella, if you wanna claim that responsibility then also be accountable for being one of the most corrupt and violent organizations in the world.
5) If literacy is a big deal, how come you have yet to realize that Christianity pulled off the biggest literary theft job of all time?
So..You're getting way too caught in the feels man. I'm just stating the historical significance is important yet christians pick and choose to evaluate it when it's convenient for them. Why is it that Napoleon, Caesar, Genghis Khan, Hitler, or other people who set out to conquer the world by force still have some definitive evidence of their historical existence? Yet 2,000 years later we talk about a man who was created from an abyss of ignorance to wage psychological warfare on the lower class with no physical proof that he or anyone he chilled with existed.
Thanks for the laughs.

Ultraaaacommmmmmmmboooooooo!Okay I'll ask questions that I can never get a good answer to and basically make me shy away from religion.
You believe in a higher being (God). Do you honestly believe with your heart and brain using your common sense if there is a creator, the creator would only accept one way of worship? There were religions before Christianity. If God wanted people to follow him through Christianity why didn't he implement that system as soon as man came to be and why didn't he implement that system throughout the world, why just the middle east? Why would an ultimate creator want endless worship anyway? And ultimately, do you not see the contradiction within a religion that says do not judge others, yet is based on the idea that if you don't follow it to a T you are going to hell. You honestly believe Buddhists in China, Hindus in India (religions before Christianity) are going to hell because they have different ways of worship. How does that not make you laugh. It makes me laugh because religious people always talk about non-religious people/humans having a huge ego. Do you not see the ego involved in the bible and its ardent followers?
So pretty much

I also forgot to add, this isn't only about Christianity. Only reason I'm using the bible/Christianity is because of the thread title. But in general, I want to know these questions regarding every religion.Ultraaaacommmmmmmmboooooooo!Okay I'll ask questions that I can never get a good answer to and basically make me shy away from religion.

Whether you like it or not, 10/10 people will die
Whether you believe us in this thread or not
you will have to face God soon.
And whether you like it or not, your excuses for
not believing won't save you from a just judge.
I will say that this is one thing that has frustrated me as a Christian myself. Christians in general get very defensiceThe majority of my friends are non-believers and that's totally fine. Everyone is entitled to believe what they want and feel however they feel. Think as critically as you please, by all means, I love the discussion that comes from it. My call as a Christian is to love you and treat you with the same respect I would treat any other person. It's stated all throughout John that we are called to love one another. If you're good people then regardless of your beliefs there is no reason I as a Christian and you as an atheist can't be friends. My sister is an atheist and we get along perfectly fine. I'm not here to persecute anyone for thinking differently than I do.
Didn't you know? Anything remotely critical of god, Jesus, or religion=bashing/hatred.
No room for critical thought here.
In a pack of wolves if you throw a brick it's usually the one hit that welps.

DurtyRaspburry
That's a great outlook, that every person in the world should have, but that's impossible. But do you see how you're outlook clashes with what the bible says? You say your call as a Christian is to love and treat others with respect. You said your calling is to love one another. That's a great ideology to have, but when a book says, if you don't believe in this manner you are doomed. Is that really loving, judgement free, respectful, etc. It isn't, no matter how anyone tries to spin it. And almost every single religion has this outlook of the main thing in life is caring for fellow man. Buddhism stresses this and doesn't have the contradictory notion that if you don't follow it you are damned. So I ask, why are you a Christian specifically. Why not Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, and the list goes on?I will say that this is one thing that has frustrated me as a Christian myself. According to the christian narrative, yes. There should only be one way of approach to the creator. According to the christian narrative all people are given an opportunity to find out about this one way of approach, hence why Jesus told his followers to preach.Okay I'll ask questions that I can never get a good answer to and basically make me shy away from religion.

The Holy Spirit confirms the truth of the
Case in point, you answered almost none of my questions.
And how do you know what you said is true.
I'll level with you, I can't even pretend to know. You're talking theological questions that nobody can really answer - for instance, why are we here? What is our purpose on this planet? Nobody truly knows those answers. Regarding the endless worship statement, it's written in Exodus as well as Deuteronomy that God is a jealous God. He wants your whole heart, so by worshiping him it's pleasing to him. To your judgement question - There is a difference between judging someone and the idea that if they don't follow they're going to hell. Judging someone is a conscious decision we make and action we take towards someone else. Someone going to hell (or not going to hell) is more of they either are or they aren't based on their own actions. I'd say a good portion of followers do have a holier than thou outlook on people and that is wrong and I disagree with it.

Honestly man, please show me in your mind how it's obvious that this literature isn't stolen.
If you see me ignoring questions, its for
reasons I can not tell.
I really respect that fact you came out and said you don't know. The minute you start knowing is when you stop learning.Honestly, I struggle with stuff like that as well. One of my biggest questions as a Christian is, what about Children who don't have the ability to make a decision to know God? Are they saved, are they going to hell, do they get another shot? I have ZERO clue and that bothers the **** out of me. I digress, as a Christian and a human I am not all knowing and can honestly say I don't know the answers to all your questions, but I hope that you have them answered someday.

Already went down that route and was intentionally ignored. Was Yeshua black tho??
Christians please help.
