No, or I'm not sure but we do have it here in California. I've seen them in liquor stores and grocery stores. I haven't seen them as fountain drink options in fast food joints though.

I remember growing up if anyone brought RC Cola to a cookout, they were mysteriously never invited to another one. They used to have them at WalMart next to the Pepsi and Coke machines and I'd always just spend the extra money on a cherry coke.
