I count 12 clubs in the top 50 with American players under the age 19 who came directly from USSDA. :nerd:

Loved that article you posted yesterday on CM classification data clusters btw. Very interesting perspective. The sport needs more analytics.

Thanks, it was a real good read. I hope the writer does that with other positions.

I was on the ussoccer reddit earlier and came across this:

Here's a list I keep to try and keep up with all of the players that have a legitimate shot to play for the national team now or in the future. The first list is obviously straight forward. There are certainly some youth players that are new to me like Sergio Dest and Toni Suddoth but regardless, it's good to see more and more Americans overseas. I know you're familiar with majority of these youth players listed but just in case. I'm sure other players such as Ben Lederman can be added to the list as well. I've been hearing a lot about Keaton Parks over the last month of show, all good things. 19yo and getting a decent amount of playing time in Portugals second division. Hopefully his club can stay out of the drop zone. On twitter I saw someone refer to him as the Texas Patrick Vieira...I cringed a little

The idea of Andy King vs Yaya Toure in a midfield battle is frightening. Think we're in for another long evening
