Meeting with the owner of my AD today to discuss my mistreatment and to "assess the situation" (whatever that means).
Backstory...
My AD has 3 locations in town, only one carries Rolex.
A couple of years back, they moved their Rolexes to another location and my SA moved to their third location.
Prior to them moving, I was offered the first SD43 they received, a Hulk, etc. My SA took care of me and in return I would send her referral business.
Since then, however, I've been offered a grand total of zero watches.
Back in December, I was randomly at the mall one evening and decided to stop by the shop my SA worked at to say hello. The security guard refused to let me in, despite me telling him I was a client and was stopping by to see my SA.
The first and only time in my life I've been blatantly racially profiled.
I ended up writing them a letter and someone from corporate got back to me apologizing and saying they wanted to earn my business back.
I told them no problem, get me one of the watches I've been waiting 2-3 years for.
9 months go by and nada.
When the releases were announced last week, I texted my SA. Eventually the person from corporate got looped in and I was told when there was availability, I would be the first to know.
Not so fast, I told them; define "availability", because we all know these ADs keep watches for their VIPs and then the plebs like us get their scraps.
Have they been able to answer that question for me? Nope.
So today should be interesting to say the least.
